10 Account Suspension & Closure

PK 33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a deposit made to your account.
• Detection of prohibited automated software or bot activity on the account.
